Museum
The galleries remain closed as we prepare the building to be Covid-secure in our planned phased reopening.
Archive Searchroom
We are very pleased to be able to welcome researchers back to Bruce Castle’s Search Room again.
The Search Room is open to the public Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only.
There will be two sessions a day available, either 10.00am-12.30pm or 1.30-4.00pm.
Booking is essential. Please either email museum.services@haringey.gov.uk or call our new telephone number 020 8489 4250 to discuss your visit.
As we have had to make some changes to our service to ensure the public’s and staff safety, we ask that all visitors to the Search Room read our Visitors' Charter (PDF, 54KB)

How to get here
Underground to Seven Sisters then 123 or 243 bus to Bruce Castle. Underground to Wood Green then 123 or 243 bus to Bruce Castle.
243 and 123 buses stop outside the museum.
Overland rail to Bruce Grove then 10 minute walk up Bruce Grove.
If you are driving there is a free car park behind the museum via Church Lane (not suitable for coaches/buses).
