	Having a health check every year will help you stay healthy
	It helps the doctors make sure that your body is working well, and that you are healthy
	It also helps the doctor to get you any treatment you may need as soon as possible
	You can ask at your GP surgery/health centre for a health check. If you ask reception or your doctor to put you on the Learning Disability register, you will be invited for a health check every year.
