Community Learning Disability Nurses work with adults (aged 18 or over) who have a learning disability, and additional health needs which require the support of a specialist learning disability nurse.

Learning disability nurses can work with you, and we can work to support your parents or carers to care for you.

Community nurses work with people in the community.  If people are not able to travel, they can visit people where they live.
