Have your say: Parking Customer Survey
We are investing in our parking services and how our residents and motorists can access them.
This involves the implementation of a major new IT system, which we are working towards introducing later this year. We are excited about the opportunities this represents but want to work with our residents to ensure that it meets their needs, and where possible, addresses issues and challenges that are currently faced.
We are, therefore, inviting residents to share their views on what they feel needs to improve by filling out this 5-minute survey (external link) to tell us about their experience of parking services in Haringey and what changes they suggest to make the process easier.
The Parking Customer Survey will be available to complete for a period of 6 weeks, to Friday 4th September.
Cllr Chandwani, Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods, said:
“I appreciate obtaining parking permits in Haringey can be frustrating, this is why we have invested in new technology which is being built and will be going live at the end of the year. To make sure it meets resident’s needs we want to hear from you about the improvements you would like to see. We want to produce your new parking systems with you.”
