Northumberland Park Station public realm improvements
We have commissioned muf architecture/art to improve the area around Northumberland Park Station.
Working together with you, the project will develop plans for new planting, street improvements and clear signposts along Park Lane to the Lee Valley Regional Park to make it easier and more pleasant to access nature and lead an active lifestyle.
The project has focused around Northumberland Park Station as residents have previously highlighted that it acts as a barrier to the nearby green space of the Lee Valley. The project will create a cleaner, safer, accessible and attractive environment around the station for residents, local businesses and visitors.

Next steps
Your feedback on the emerging designs will help guide the project's direction. We will use the feedback you give us to finalise the design of the space.
The design team, muf architecture/art, will produce technical drawings and specifications to allow the project to be built. We are aiming to start building works in 2023.
