24 December 2021

On 24 December 2021 the council was informed by the Programme Officer that the Examiner will not be holding a public hearing as part of his examination. In response to the Programme Officer's letter to representers dated 5 November 2021 no requests to be heard were received.

14 December 2021

27 September 2021

On 27 September 2021 the council submitted the Haringey CIL Draft Charging Schedule 2021 for an independent examination in accordance with the Planning Act 2008 (as amended by the Localism Act 2011) and the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended). 

The appointed examiner is Terry Kemmann-Lane and the appointed Programme Officer for the examination is Penny O’Shea.

The submitted documentation includes a  Statement of Modifications (PDF, 42KB) setting out the council’s proposed modifications to the Draft Charging Schedule which it consulted on from 18 December 2019 to 11 February 2020. The council has commenced a 4-week public consultation on the statement of modifications from Monday 27 September 2021 to Monday 25 October 2021 in accordance with Regulation 19(4).
