Family hubs: support services

The family hubs will deliver a wide range of services. Much of the offer is still in development and will be defined in the future as we engage with families and residents.

The Department for Education (DfE) has defined the list of core services that local authorities receiving funding will be expected to deliver within their family hub. These include: reducing parental conflict, debt and welfare support, mental health services, substance misuse support, youth services, housing support, SEND support, Start for Life universal services.

Services will be delivered either virtually, in-person in a family hub, or accessed through the family hub but delivered elsewhere.
