Private tenants – report a landlord

If you want to report something to the Private Sector Housing Team you can do this using the following options.

• Report disrepair at your property – email privatesectorhousingteamenquiries@haringey.gov.uk 
• Report a problem with an HMO or that your landlord does not have an HMO Licence to legally let your property – email HMO.licensing@haringey.gov.uk
• Report a problem with a property that should have a selective licence or to report that your landlord does not have a selective property licence to legally let your property – email selective.licensing@haringey.gov.uk 
• To report disrepair or an issue with a property that is not covered by HMO or Selective licensing – email privatesectorhousingteamenquiries@haringey.gov.uk 
• To ask for help and or assistance with something that is not listed above – email privatesectorhousingteamenquiries@haringey.gov.uk
