Make an Online Payment

Important: When making a payment you will be asked for an additional security password by a system known as 3D secure. This is to protect against fraudulent card payments. You must say ‘yes’ and 'Activate' when asked if you wish to use this system, otherwise your payment will be rejected. We apologise for this, but it is a requirement of the payment card industry, not Haringey Council. See security standards for more information.

NEW - Resident Parking Permits online
You can now apply for a resident parking permit (first time) or renew your parking permits online.
Other services
- Housing Rent (enter the 15 digit rent account number - If your rent account number is less than 15 digits please add the required number of zeros to the beginning of the rent account number e.g. 123456789101 would be entered as 000123456789101)
- Haringey Council Invoices (all invoices beginning '18' - including Leasehold Service, Allotment and Community Care charges)
- Haringey Council Reminders and Final Demands
- Overpayment of Housing Benefit
- Commercial Rent
- Applications for Planning, Building Control and Licensing and Regulations (Electronic License Management Applications) can also be submitted with a payment.
Other ways to pay
Direct debit
Make regular automatic Direct Debit payments by printing, completing and returning forms for: Housing Rent (PDF, 56KB), or Council Tax and Business Rates (PDF, 418KB).
By phone
Payments can also be made using either our 24/7 ATP (Automated Telephone Payments) Service (0845 0701414), however all parking payments should be made via the dedicated Parking ATP number (0845 1300 130).
You can also phone our customer Call Centre (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm) should the Web service be unavailable.
Homes for Haringey tenants and leaseholders can now pay their rent and service charges over the phone at the Homes for Haringey call centre on 0800 195 3404 (freephone) or 020 8489 5611 (cheaper than the freephone number from a mobile).
PayPoint
In addition you can also make payments at a large number of PayPoint outlets for Council Tax and Housing Rent using your allpay Payment Card, or Haringey Invoices (using the barcode on the invoice), further details can be found on the allpay page.
