The Council would like to apologise to anyone who has experienced problems activating online visitor parking permits or carrying out other online transactions on Thursday 13 January 2022.
The parking permit service is now working.
In the unlikely event of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) being issued to you on Thursday 13 January 2022 you should contact the Council online or write to the address provided on the reverse side of the PCN.

Residents, businesses and visitors can park in marked parking bays during operational hours by displaying a valid parking permit. For information about how to apply or to view our charges please see the Parking Permits page. Motorists who want to park for a short time can use the pay by phone bays.

Normal operational hours
- Monday to Saturday: 8.30am to 6.30pm.
Arsenal Match Day and Finsbury Park Event days only
- Monday to Saturday: 8.30am to 8.30pm.
- Sundays and Public Holidays: 12noon to 4.30pm.

Electric vehicles (excluding hybrids and plug-in hybrids) may park free of charge in dedicated pay by phone bays but the maximum stay and no return periods will remain applicable. Charges will still apply for electric vehicles parked in any shared pay by phone / permit bay.
