Notice of events in Finsbury Park
Two weeks before a major and large event, the event organiser delivers leaflets to residents and businesses in a pre-set area surrounding the park.
The leaflet details how to contact the event organiser in the lead up to, and during, an event to make a complaint.
The event organiser will also:
- publicise the event by:
- putting displays within the park
- sharing details on social media
- deliver letters detailing the event and contact details 2 weeks before the event to pre-defined households around Finsbury Park in Haringey, Hackney and Islington
- encourage Islington and Hackney council to share event information on their website
- send emails to those on our upcoming major events email list
