How our upgrade work will affect you.
Between 15 and 30 September 2025, we are upgrading our booking system. There will be some disruption to bookings during this time.
At the end of September, we’ll contact you with a link to activate your updated account- (there is no need to create one if you already have an account).
You can continue using your existing cards while we work on updating digital access to our centres.
To enable a smooth transition, we will not be taking any new memberships, membership cancellations or Swim School bookings while the upgrade takes place. If you are a new customer, we will still be offering pay and play options between 15 and 30 September. From 1 October, we will resume a normal service for new memberships, cancellations and Swim School bookings
We normally allow for advance bookings up to 8 days in advance but from 24 September, advance bookings will only be available until 30 September. From 1 October, bookings will be available 7 days in advance again.
