Body attack

 A sport-inspired cardio workout for building both strength and stamina. It combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises to create a great workout.

Body balance

A unique workout which incorporates Yoga, Thai Chi and Pilates to help improve flexibility, build strength, and leave you feeling relaxed and calm.

Body combat

An exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals.

Body pump

A fast paced, barbell workout that is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit.

Box fit

A high intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. Suitable for all levels, this non-contact workout will improve your agility, strength and overall fitness.

Circuits

 A high intensity, fast paced workout that can help tone your body and shed fat.

Clubbercise

Part aerobic, part dance set to a soundtrack of uplifting club anthems.

Core

Focusses on strengthening the abdominals, glutes, lower back either as the primary or supportive muscles.

Feel the beat

Combines techniques from Dancehall, Afro beats and Reggaeton to teach rhythm, coordination, musicality, and choreography.

Grit

A high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.

Grit athletic

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout that uses a step, bodyweight exercises and sports conditioning to increase your strength, agility, speed, and power.

Grit strength

A HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout that works on building your strength and lean muscle mass as well as improving your cardiovascular fitness.

HIIT

HIIT is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with intervals to recover.

Hyrox

Combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station repeated 8 times.

Konga

A total body workout which is easy to follow, mood-elevating and high intensity fusion of cardio, dance and sculpting set to the hottest beats.

LBT (Legs, bums and tums)

An aerobic-focused class designed to tone the lower body. A mix of high and low impact moves great for muscle toning, strength building and conditioning. 

Military fitness

High intensity class that works your stability, stamina, and core strength. A mix of cardio fitness, body weight exercises and the use of free weight equipment with a real military feel to the class.

Pilates

A body-conditioning class offering toning techniques that target the deep muscles supporting the spine and major joints with an emphasis on building core strength.

Spin

Intense cardiovascular workout, using stationary bikes. Instructors use music and verbal cues to simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone.

Step aerobics

A classic cardio workout where you step up, around and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate, breathing and strengthen your muscles.

Yoga

Yoga places focus on flowing sequences that move through set poses in a dynamic, athletic way. Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice.

Zumba

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, total body, dance-based workout. Zumba is a great mix of Latin flavour and international beats designed to tone your body from head to toe.
