Travel support

We may meet the cost of travel between home and school if a child has to travel beyond three miles to school.

The three miles is measured as the nearest safe walking route to the school where the pupil is registered. Help is only provided if we cannot offer the pupil a place at a school nearer to his/her home.

This is only likely to apply to a few pupils. Use the link in the external links section to find out more information and to see if your child is eligible.
