Timed collections

You will have a timed collection if you:

• live in a flat above a shop
• have a business collection

The timed collection is a one-hour slot that happens two times a day.

Special plans may apply if you live in a:

• block of flats
• gated development
• mews

Contact Veolia to work out any special plans.

If you put rubbish out outside of these times you may get a fixed penalty notice.
