Get your Council Tax bills online - and win an iPad!
It will soon be time for next year’s Council Tax bill, but did you know that you can get your bill online (called 'eBilling') rather than receiving a paper copy?
Every year, we issue bills to 110,000 households. That’s a lot of paper and postage.
So, if you sign up to get your new bill online you’ll be helping save money that will go towards providing vital services to the community, and you’ll also be helping to save the planet!
If that isn’t enough of an incentive, sign up by 31 January 2021 and we’ll automatically enter you into a prize draw for a chance to win a brand-new iPad (see terms and conditions below)
Sign up through My Account
To register for eBilling you will need to register with our MyAccount service first. Once you have registered for MyAccount you can create a Council Tax account and sign up for eBilling
Once you have registered, we will let you know when your new bill is ready, and you can view it securely anytime you like.
You can also see your Council Tax records, apply for discounts and exemptions, tell us about any changes, and contact us for anything to do with your Council Tax.
More benefits of eBilling
- It’s quick, safe and secure – and free
- Faster access to bills, so you can see your bill as soon as it’s ready
- Check your balance, and your Council Tax account whenever you want
- You always know where your bill is and have the option to download and print if you need to
- It helps us reduce printing and postage costs
- It helps protect the environment by saving paper
