Women only empowerment group. 
 

The Front Room is based in Islington but is open to all Haringey residents.

It is a warm space open on Saturday afternoons.

The space provides warm soup and hot drinks and a variety of wellbeing and mindfulness activities.

These include:

• wellbeing and mindfulness activities including crafts, poetry and singing
• lunch club –  warm soup and hot drinks will be available

Open to adults of all ages.

Price 

Free event.

There is a ‘thought for the day’ and sometimes a quiz.

Artist-led activities in the library including hot drinks and mural activity. 

Come along for a free hot meal and activities with friends and neighbours. Open to everyone. Donations welcome! 

In the Broadwater Farm Community Centre, Jazz Café.

No booking needed – just come along.
