Better Care Fund
The Better Care Fund (BCF) is a joint fund which has been created between the London Borough of Haringey and Haringey CCG. The money will be spent on improving the ways health services and social care services work together, starting with services for older people (over 65) and people with long term health conditions. We have developed plans for how we will use the Better Care Fund in Haringey. You can find out more on the Haringey CCG site (external link).
