Primary

Download this free wellbeing journal (external link) and distribute it to students. The Solace women's charity (external link) can provide guidance to teachers on how to use it

Disclaimer: please note, we advise teachers to look at the material and decide for themselves what is appropriate to use for the child or class.

Secondary
