What are the benefits of becoming more physically active?

Classes

When you join our Move More programme, your Health Coach will help you set personal goals to help you get fit and healthy in a way that suits you.

We are delivering a range of fun and effective exercise classes for beginners at various locations in Haringey!

Monday
10am - Full Body Flow
11.15am - Strength and Conditioning
12.30pm- Sit to Strengthen

Wednesday
10.30am - Walking Group
6.30pm - Sit to Strengthen
7.30pm - The 7 Circuit

Thursday
10.30am - Walking Group

Friday
10am - Full Body Flow
11.15am - Strength and Conditioning

Haringey Walks

Why not try one of the many walking groups across Haringey?

All walks take between 45 minutes and 1 hour. They get you moving and active, and you will see parts of Haringey in peaceful and enjoyable surroundings.
