  1. Advice on infection control and management if a resident is admitted with suspected / tested CV19​​​​​​ - IPC email response/call will sign post to current guidance, but will NOT provide clinical advice on the management of patients/residents
  2. Signposting to relevant guidance, and to 111, GPs, MDTs as relevant - IPC email response/call will do this

  • Let’s Talk Haringey (external link) - talking therapies and digital therapies for stress and low mood. They prioritise care sector staff in their current access criteria and include all staff working in Haringey even if their GP is elsewhere
  • Together in Mind (external link) - is a wellbeing and mental health project that connects and supports the North Central and North East London health and social care workforce

  • SilverCloud (external link) is a service commissioned by the NHS to offer unsupported pure self-help programmes for staff
    • Access code: NHS2020
  • Additionally they have also created a platform offering out their CBT based Guided Self Help programmes (external link) to all NHS patients, supported by any member of staff who has attended a brief online training course. This option is available free during the COVID-19 emergency.
  • Training webinars will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10.30am from 6 April. Staff can register to attend via the link below:
  • Training webinars will be recorded and made available on YouTube, so staff who don’t necessarily want to support but would like to know more about Silvercloud digital therapy can attend the first hour of the webinar (total duration two hours)
