Support for carers

A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support.

This section outlines what support is available to carers in Haringey. Carers under 18 should visit the young carers section. If you are caring for a young person with disabilities, see our Local Offer pages.
