Set up a parking permit account

How to set up a parking permit account.

All parking permits are issued online. You need a parking account to buy permits.  

To set up an online parking account: 

  1. Go to our parking permits website.  
  2. On the screen it says ‘Do not have an account?’ Click ‘Register for an account’. 
  3. Enter your email address and a password. Click ‘Save and continue’. 
  4. Confirm your email address and log in to your new account. 
  5. On the ‘Your details’ screen, enter your details. Select your customer type, for example ‘Resident’ if you want to apply for a resident permit, visitor permits etc, ‘Business’ if you want to apply for a business permit. 
  6. Click ‘Save and continue’. 
  7. Confirm your email address by clicking, or copying and pasting, the link in the email you receive.

Your account is now set up.  

On the ‘Your permits and qualifications’ screen, click ‘Apply for a parking permit or qualification for visitor permits’.
