The Corporate Landlord team

The Corporate Landlord team works collaboratively with Head Teachers, school Site Managers and Business Managers to ensure school premises are maintained and fit for purpose.  
We plan, manage, and deliver capital repairs and new building projects on behalf of the Council, and together with our Major Projects team we provide advice and guidance for schools on:

  • Routine repairs and maintenance of school buildings and property
  • Legislative compliance
  • Alterations and improvements to the premises and site
  • Emergency repair services
