Report a missed bin collection
Find out if there was a reason your bin was not collected and report it.
If your bin was not collected there may be a reason. Before you report a missed collection check:
- which day your bins are supposed to be collected
- if you have a contaminated bin tag on your rubbish or recycling bin
- you are putting your bins out correctly for collection
