Local Plan: Tottenham Area Action Plan

We have published a Tottenham Area Action Plan Development Plan Document (DPD). The plan puts clear planning guidelines and policies in place to help:

• support local people’s ambitions for long-term regeneration in Tottenham
• bring thousands of new homes to the area
• provide better access to jobs and employment
• improve transport links

To make that happen, we have developed specific planning rules to:

• bring forward and manage new development
• set out where different types of buildings should go
• protect the heritage of Tottenham’s past

We adopted the Tottenham Area Action Plan on 24 July 2017.
