We collect Haringey's Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and we are also a collecting authority for the Mayor of London’s CIL.
Haringey Charging Schedule
The current Haringey Charging Schedule took effect on 1 September 2022.
The CIL regulations require that CIL rates are indexed annually for inflation linked to the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) all-in tender price index. See the RICS website for more information on CIL indexation.
We publish an annual CIL rate summary that shows how the rates contained in our charging schedule have been indexed over time.
The 2025 annual CIL rates summary sets out the rates which apply to developments granted permission in the 2025 calendar year:

Mayoral Charging Schedule
The current Mayor of London CIL Charging Schedule (known as Mayoral CIL 2 or MCIL2) took effect in April 2019 and covers the whole of London.
