Important Information for Planning Portal Applications
Before you submit your application on the Planning Portal please ensure that you read our Planning Validation Guidance:
If you are paying electronically please note that when submitting your application on the Planning Portal you must ensure that you click on the 'Finish' button after making your electronic payment (see the image below). This will confirm to the Planning Portal that your fee has been paid and you should then be returned back to the Planning Portal website in order for you to 'submit' your application.
If you are not returned to the Planning Portal page in order to complete the submission of your application then you should resubmit your application via the Planning Portal, selecting the option to 'pay by cheque' in order not to pay twice.
If you would like confirmation from Haringey that your application has been successfully submitted please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check for you.
