Extent of Highways Searches
Haringey Council does not provide a Highways Search service, however, you can request a Local Authority Search from our Land Charges service which will provide information from the Local Land Charges Register about any entries recorded against the property as well as details of whether the highway is publicly maintained and information about proposed road or traffic schemes.
Haringey Council Land Charges
Information can be found in our Local Authority and Common Searches in Haringey page on our Local Land Charges Services.
You can identify which Highways are publicly maintained by searching our Highways Register. The register lists all streets within Haringey, who is responsible for maintaining them and whether the road has been adopted or not. You can also view this information on our online local information map which also shows public rights of way.
Haringey Online Mapping
You can identify whether a street is publically maintained on our My Haringey maps - enter the address, go to the 'My Maps' tab, expand the 'Parking, roads and travel' section, and tick the 'Adopted Highways' box.
On our Road Works page you can zoom into the area you want which will give you information on any road works in the area.
