Service update - 22 March 2021

Please note that due to planned system maintenance, we will not be accepting searches on 30 and 31 March 2021. This will also allow us to transition to the new search fees.

COVID-19 update

Due to the recent COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, we are no longer accepting paper searches from April 2020.

We are operating a full service at this time, with search requests taking no longer than our standard 5-10 working days for all search types.

Please contact us if you have any issues. 

Please note that since 1 April 2017 we have been implementing the VAT change in accordance with the recent HMRC ruling. Please see our Fees page for the updated prices.

We are now able to send back search results via email. When you submit your search forms please put an email address on them so we will be able to return results to you quickly and efficiently. A standard email address where are search results can be sent would be preferable.

You can now pay for your LLC1 and CON29 searches by BACS. To do this please send the search details to land.charges@haringey.gov.uk and a member of staff will confirm the amount. Our bank details can be found on our fees page.

Once confirmation of your payment is made, we will process the search and return the results to you via email.
