Saturday 25 March 2023, 12 noon to 5pm

Tottenham Spring Festival - Bike Market.

Tottenham Town Hall, Town Hall Approach Road, N15 4AY.

Market stalls, live music, eco-activities, food and fun!

Bike market operated by Peddle my Wheels (external link).

Bring along and donate unloved, unwanted bikes or buy a bike you will love. Proceeds will be donated to Pedal Power.

Dr Bike will be on hand to sort out the brakes, gears, creaks and wobbles.

Met Police will be security marking bikes to deter thefts.

Smarter Travel Officers and the Walk Leader will be on hand for active travel support and volunteer opportunities.

Tree Trail at Bruce Castle Park

The Museum and Parks Service produced a tree trail for the park. It details an exciting trail for children to follow.

A Walk in the Park - all Haringey Parks

Visit our beautiful award-winning parks: walk through history, visit a park café or just enjoy the Green Flag parks in our borough.

A new resource created by Friends of Lordship Rec shows how to walk through Haringey and enjoy our hidden and not so hidden gems - see the A Walk in the Park leaflet (PDF, 5MB)

Peddle my Wheels - cycle purchasing scheme

We have organised for Peddle My Wheels to continue working. They offer you and your family the opportunity to own a bike on a pay monthly basis. See the Peddle My Wheels website (external link) for further details.

Offering hybrid, road and mountain bikes, as well as power-assisted (electric) and electric cargo bikes.

Cycle Skills Training

Cycle Skill training sessions are now available for intermediate cyclists. So if you can cycle independently, but want to improve your confidence and road skills, book two 2-hour sessions through our cycle training company.

Air Monsters vs Air Rangers

What can you do to help improve the air that you breathe? Our short animation film gives you further information and advice. The film was developed by The Mulberry Primary School in partnership with Urban Outdoors and Smarter Travel Haringey.

Sky Rides and Breeze Rides

New Sky Rides (external link) have been announced throughout London that are open to men, women and families. Choose from Easy, Steady or Challenging rides.

Please contact us if you are interested in women only rides. We regularly advertise these here and the routes and dates are posted on the Sky Ride Breeze Website (external link).

    The Smarter Travel Haringey programme includes a number of schemes and incentives for residents and local businesses to take up, including ways to encourage people to start walking, cycling and using public transport more.
