Lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badges

After telling us your Badge has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can continue to park your vehicle as if you had your Blue Badge for 21 days. After 21 days, to park legally you must make other arrangements, like using visitor vouchers

Lost Blue Badge replacement 

  1. Get a lost property reference number from the Online Lost Property Reporting Service (external link)
  2. Report your lost Blue Badge and include your lost property reference number either: 
  3. Send a cheque or postal order for £10 payable to the London Borough of Haringey. Write your full name and postcode on the back. Send the cheque or postal order to:

    N22 9GA 

Once you've reported your badge lost and we've received your cheque, we aim to send you a new Badge within 21 days.

Stolen Blue Badge replacement 

  1. Get a crime reference number by reporting your stolen Blue Badge to the police. You can contact the police either:

Damaged Blue Badge replacement 

  1. Report your damaged Blue Badge either: 
  2. Send your damaged Blue Badge and clock with a cheque or postal order for £10 payable to the London Borough of Haringey to:

    PO Box 55290
    N22 9GA  

    Write your full name and postcode on the back of the cheque or postal order.

After reporting your badge is damaged and we receive your damaged Blue Badge, clock and cheque, we aim to send you a new badge within 10 working days.
