Parking Services Customer Survey
We are committed to continually improving our services and are currently investing in our parking services and in particular, how our residents and motorists can access those services.
Our investment will result in the implementation of a major new IT system. We are excited about the opportunities this represents but we want to ensure that it meets your needs and where possible addresses any weaknesses with our current customer channels.
We would therefore like to hear from you on what you feel needs to improve. Please complete this 5 minute survey to tell us about your experience of parking services in Haringey and what changes you would suggest to make the process easier.
The survey will be available for six weeks from Monday 27 July to Friday 4 September 2020.
