Travelling update
In line with Government guidelines, residents are encouraged to avoid travelling where possible, unless travelling for legally permitted reasons (external link) such as for work, education or to care for someone. If you must travel, please consider active travel, such as walking or cycling.
If travelling on public transport, you must wear a face covering (external link), and in substantially enclosed areas of transport hubs in England unless you are exempt. Whilst travelling, please ensure you are following social contact rules (external link), keeping your distance where possible and washing or sanitising your hands regularly.
You must not travel if you have coronavirus symptoms or if you have been told by the NHS Test and Trace service to self-isolate (external link).
