Send us your views on pharmacy services in Haringey

Today (14 February) is the launch of our Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) survey. We want to hear what you think of community pharmacy services in the borough, to ensure that everyone’s needs are being met. 

The responses received will help to develop future pharmacy services and inform how they are accessed. We aim to use the information gathered to check whether pharmacy services are accessible to everyone who is entitled to them; identify and address any barriers to accessing services; and make improvements to the services being delivered.

We would be grateful if you would answer some questions about your own experience and views – the survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. 

The information you provide in the questionnaire is confidential. Responses are anonymised and no personally identifiable information will be shared or published.
