People aged 32 and over can now get vaccinated
The NHS has now opened COVID-19 vaccinations up to people aged 32 and over in England, with 32- and 33-year-olds set to receive texts inviting them to book an appointment via the NHS website.
Over 37.7 million people across the UK have now had their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, with more than 40% of adults having had both jabs.
Those eligible do not need to wait to be contacted by the NHS and can book a vaccine appointment on the NHS website (external link) or by calling 119 for free.
