New advice for clinically vulnerable people under new three-tier Covid alerts
New advice for people who are extremely vulnerable to Coronavirus symptoms has been released by the Government.
It follows the recent change in the Covid-19 alert-level system, which now rates the level of cases in an area as Medium, High, and Very High.
The guidance suggests a range of extra measures that should be taken by people who had previously shielded.
They include reducing the number of shopping trips and strictly limiting the number of people that you come into contact with.
For the full statement, the extra measures that should be taken, and the list of conditions that put you in the extremely vulnerable category go to the Government website here (external link).
