Extra week for Outstanding for All
The search to find the best and brightest examples of education and learning has been extended for one more week.
The deadline to make a nomination for the 2017 Outstanding for All (OfA) awards will now be Friday, December 20.
Now in their fifth year, the OfA awards turn the spotlight on the teachers, staff, pupils, governors and community groups that help keep education in Haringey best in class.
A prestigious ceremony at Alexandra Palace on November 27 will see awards given out in 12 categories that celebrate the tremendous achievements of everyone involved in education in the borough.
Awards range from teacher of the year to individual accolades for achievement in sport, STEM and the arts. This year also sees the introduction of an Apprentice of the Year award, highlighting the variety of educational opportunity available in Haringey.
Anyone can submit an entry – teachers, students, parents, friends, neighbours. If you know a child, young person, adult, class or group who you believe deserve to be recognised, make sure you nominate them.
Awards are available in the following categories:
Teacher of the Year
Early Years Champion
Support Staff of the Year
Governor of the Year
STEM Achievement – Primary
