Using My Account to report environmental problems
You can use My Account to report a number of environment/street problems (a full list of what can be reported is here).
If you previously used My Account to report problems
Viewing previous reports
If you used My Account to report problems then you need to use the same email address you used before if you want to see records of any previous issues you reported.
If you made a report before the changes on 19 August - the report will have been received and will be processed - you just may not get updates through the new My Account.
You can still report issues without using My Account - view report it guest login for more details.
