Residents Surveys
Residents Surveys
One of the key ways Haringey residents have to express their views about their lives in the borough - their perceptions, needs, attitudes, etc - is through the Residents Survey, which the council commissions periodically to track any changes and gain an understanding on emerging issues.
As the survey is conducted using a representative sample of nearly 2,000 people living in Haringey, the results provide a detailed understanding of any variations across the different neighbourhoods in the borough as well as according to the demographic characteristics of its residents.
The results of the survey help the council to improve the services it provides to residents as well as tackle inequality across the borough. Likewise, the survey findings provide a resource for our partners across the public, private, and voluntary sectors and form a key part of the evidence base of the council’s strategic plans.
