New River - Group exercise classes
Here at New River Sports Centre, we have a range of group exercise classes that can be accessed by members or as pay and play sessions.
Our classes range from low impact to the more intense and we will guide you through every step with our fantastic instructors.
The programme is continually reviewed and developed to provide the balance of activities demanded by our users.
