Get Out Get Active Haringey

Get Out Get Active (GOGA) Haringey is an exciting programme that supports disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy being active together. It is made possible by founding funder Spirit of 2012 and additional investment from Sport England and the London Marathon Charitable Trust. All partners are focused on getting some of the UK’s least active people moving more through fun and inclusive activities.

GOGA Haringey is more than being active. It strengthens community spirit, increases confidence, and improves mental health. Below you will find a wide variety of different providers that have been approved by Haringey council. We believe that all the providers offer high quality active recreation in a safe environment that is open to all.

If you have any questions about the programme or would like to know more, we would love to hear from you. Email the Active Communities team on GetActive@haringey.gov.uk.

JL CircusExpect to drop balls, fall off pyramids, get dizzy doing forward rolls, trip over skipping ropes and accidently knock a neighbour with your diablo. At JL Circus we laugh through tricky times and support each other to keep going. During our sessions we build the confidence needed to keep picking that ball up off the floor and juggle whatever this world has to throw at us.

We are an inclusive youth circus, open to anyone who dares, and dedicated to finding and supporting the activity that suits you. Whether it's team work or solo, stilt-walking or plate-spinning, centre stage or behind the scenes, we believe  everyone can find their place and bring something magical to our awesome groups of young circus artists.

JL Circus workshops are free, delivered by professional circus artists, open to young people aged 4 to 18, and take place in venues across Haringey during term time or online when necessary.
