Hornsey Town Hall
Hornsey Town Hall is a Grade II* listed building in the heart of Crouch End.
The council secured a developer capable of restoring the building in such a way that would enable continued public access to the Town Hall in the long term.
Haringey Council disposed of Hornsey Town Hall and associated land to the Far East Company in May 2018, under a development agreement relating to the Town Hall, the car park at the rear and the public space in front of the Town Hall.
The developer has secured planning consent from the council for housing, a hotel, arts activity, workspace and related uses.
The developer is due to start on site in June 2019. Details can be found on the developer’s website (external link).
