You will be paid for at least 30 hours per week, where you can expect to work 4 days and train for 1 day. When you are not in college you will be expected to attend work.

How long do I have to study for?
A minimum of one year or until the successful completion of your apprenticeship.
What happens if I don’t go to work?
You will be required to follow the employer’s absence reporting procedure.
What will happen if I can’t keep up with the studying?
Your training provider will support you throughout this process.
Will I get a permanent job at the end of the apprenticeship?
Not all employers will be able retain their apprentices at the end of the apprenticeship and this will depend on the type of firm and/or their circumstances. Where this is not possible, apprentices can receive application, CV and interview support from their training provider.
