Have you activated your account?
When you first register with us we send you an email with a link you need to click on in order to activate your account. This email may go to your spam folder. You will not be able to login without activating your account first. Please note that requesting a password reminder will not activate your account. If you cannot activate your account by email call us on 020 8489 2449 so that we can activate your account for you. You must attempt to activate your account via the email link first however.
If you experience any problems when trying to send your form, please email the Recruitment Team at email@example.com giving us as much information about the problem as possible and we will contact you.
It is helpful if you can give us a daytime contact telephone number in your email. You can also call us during normal office hours on 020 8489 2449.
