Our supported housing

Haringey provides several specialist accommodation services to meet the needs of residents experiencing homelessness. Typically, these services are available to individuals for up to 2 years.

Referrals to these services are made through the Pathway team, and some services can take referrals directly from our outreach team.

Osborne Grove

Provides shared accommodation for up to 34 individuals who want to access support with substance use, mental or physical health concerns, or involvement with criminal justice services. Osborne Grove is staffed 24 hours a day and provides breakfast and dinner. The street outreach team can refer people currently rough sleeping directly to the service.

The service provides intensive and flexible support with staff available 24 hours. A range of specialist services are available and delivered on-site including substance and alcohol support, mental health intervention and support, sexual health services, and physical health services, including paramedics. The resettlement service provides shared accommodation and operates from properties located across Haringey. The team provides flexible support and goal-planning to help people manage their tenancy. It also focusses on helping residents access education and employment opportunities, supporting their wellbeing, and encouraging them to live independently. Move-on team

Provides support to people ready to move into private rented accommodation, or other long-term accommodation. The team provides practical support to residents, including assistance to locate suitable properties, access to grants or a rent-deposit scheme. The team also provides support during a transition period of three months to help people settle into their new home. This includes referrals to floating support services, setting up bills, and identifying and connecting people with local services and networks.
