COVID-19: Information and guidance for private rented tenants.

Information for landlords

Letting your property

There are a variety of new schemes for landlords which include generous incentive payments. Please visit letting options to find out how you can let your properties to:

  • Haringey Council
  • housing associations
  • directly to tenants

Empty properties

If you are a private owner and have an empty residential property you want to bring back into use, we can offer you information and advice. We can advise you on repairing your property, getting planning permission, and finding private finance to repair your property. Please visit our empty properties page for more information.

Help for refugees

The Haringey Welcome group (external link) are looking for landlords willing to rent out their property to a Syrian refugee at Local Housing Allowance rates. If you would like to consider doing so, please contact Rose by emailing refugeeswelcomeharingey@gmail.com.
