Mind In Haringey offer Mental Health First Aid England certified Mental Health First Aid courses for all:

  • frontline staff in Haringey voluntary and community sector organisations
  • residents of Haringey
  • volunteers

Grounded in research and rigorously tested, the Mental Health First Aid course is developed with input from clinical experts and those with lived experience of mental health issues. Research and evaluation show that MHFA England courses make a lasting difference in people’s knowledge and confidence around mental health.

The training takes place over 2 days. Through engaging activities, videos, role plays, and discussions, you'll learn how to provide mental health first aid and make a real difference in people's lives – you may also find this course useful in supporting yourself and your loved ones.
