Postnatal Pilates with exercise specialist Susanna Sparrow.
Realign and strengthen the core muscles, encouraging resolution of abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti) and promoting postpartum recovery. We'll address posture and muscle balance, strength and flexibility, all helping to protect your back and joints as you gently regroup after your long journey.
Bring your baby (up to crawling).
This class can be booked as a 7 week half-termly block.
