Urban Earthly Mindfulness grounding meditation and relaxation sessions will be accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical abilities or mobility needs.

Participants will have the option to stand or sit on a chair on the earth or grass, depending on their comfort and preference.

The sessions will be guided by me Princess Otas Akenzua, a certified meditation instructor and wellness coach, who has experience in working with diverse groups of people.

The sessions will last for about an hour each and will include breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and gentle stretches. The goal of the project is to provide a safe and supportive space for people to experience grounding and its benefits, and to foster a sense of community and belonging among the participants using local green places and spaces.
